It is the age of Cable T.V. It has come to stay. Now, the T.V performers are agog with fun and frolic all the twenty-four hours. All the channels of T.V are loaded with news, views and entertainment. The world of recreation is at your finger’s tips. Children are glued to their T.V sets day and night. All the channels telecast films, serials and what not to house is complete if the T.V cable connection is not obtained. House-wives and children are the happiest lot. They can miss their meals but not their favorite. T.V serial such is the craze! Commercialization of T.V is the latest boom. All famous and not-so-famous products are again and again advertised. In between entertainment is galore songs, serials, films, news and dance drama go on uninterrupted. The names assigned to all sorts of serials are equally romantic and magical. Zee T.V has captured the greatest number of viewers. Both India and Dubai are the biggest scorers of all kinds of T.V programmers. Today T.V cable has made in roads to the remotest village of India what a great advancement of science and technology. It is all unimaginable and surprising. Viewing of T.V is good but excess of everything is bad too much of it is equally harmful especially for the kids. It affects their eyesight besides wastage of time.

This T.V culture is now deep rooted and ingrained. It has become a part and parcel of our life. We cannot think of a day sans T.V. and least of all cable T.V.
We can exploit this boon of science and technology to our best advantage if we use our T.V. Sets for educational and informative purposes. Then the very purpose of its setting up is defeated. Let us make a sparing use of this valuable asset of science. It is for our pure enjoyment and not for our mental and physical wreckage (poor condition).
