I think India should make a hard and fast rule, such that no more citizen would have more than 1 child like china and instruct all the hospitals specially government hospitals to keep attention on pregnant ladies as poor and uneducated people mostly go to government hospitals.
Government should have a punishing policy for the couple who conflict this rule.
Pregnancy-prohibiting medicines should be cheap, and easily available.
Every fourth advertisement on television should convey this massage including radio channels. government buses, trains should have the posters advertising the rule.
after very deploying the rule, all the schools should be instructed to not take admission of two siblings after four years of the government decision such that parents get afraid of the education of the other one for whom they might think.
Government should finance some movies deeply related to this topic with the help of bollywood.
Give special facilities to the 3 member families having a max aged member of 32 (men or women).make celebrities visit in the rural areas and teach people etc.
1. Every marriage should be legalized and without registry, no marriage would be considered as legal one and strict measures have to be taken
2.Every legal married couple can have max. 1 children
3.Families having more than 1 children have to pay extra rs.50000 per annum as tax at minimum depending on couples annual income or minimum 3 yrs of imprisonment
4. If it has been found any case of female feticide and that family is found guilty then life imprisonment for both of them.
