You should try to mix with people who are relaxed and happy. Spend more time with people who are pleasant.

You should avoid negative humor. That means making fun of others or teasing others. There is no joy at the expense of someone.

A healthy fun is the one that is enjoyed by all. Using indecent words, you cannot have fun. Do not make hurting remarks and laugh. When the listener is hurt or offended, there cannot be any fun.
