Life is a cycle of events.  All of us go through good and bad times throughout our lives.  While in some cases it is an individual who  goes through good and bad times, in most cases a family as a whole goes through good and bad times in their lives.

Whenever we go through bad times we just try to hang around and go through the motions in the  hope of an end to our bad times and.   That is the right approach of handling bad times as there is no point in building stress in ourselves which is harmful for our health and also to that of our family members as stress affects a person physically and mentally..   During bad times we are always optimistic that at one point of time or other in the future there are good times in store for us as bad times are not permanent.  One of the most critical areas in our lives is handling of our good times because this is where many people mess it up.  Once a person gets into good times he or she just enjoys good times not thinking that nothing is permanent in this world because you always have to think like how bad times are not permanent, good times too are not permanent.

Whenever you have good momentum going in your life you should try to make the most of it.  Let us take a classic case for example cricket. Many batsmen who are in very good form make the most of it because they know that at one point of time or another they may lose form again and possibly lose their place in the team and a premature end to their carrers.  When these players have the momentum they keep on going because that would compensate for their possible failures in the future and secure their places in the team.

In real life too such an approach is very important.  If you have already experienced bad times prior to your good times like financial problems then it is very important to  make the most of  good times by taking extra precautions to cut down expenses  save money and invest, so that you are better equipped  to handle and overcome bad times in future.
