Aftermath of 26/11 attacks
Hi friends in this article let us discuss about the aftermath of the Mumbai terror attack, which happened 1 year back, on 26/11, 2009.That was a very bad day in the Indian history, but on the other hand, that was the day, when people of India show the world that we are all united and we are These terrorist had the aim that if the attack us we will be afraid, but we showed them that these attacks will never make us get frightened, rather that has got us still closer. But this doesn’t mean we can tolerate any other kinds of attacks in future, rather the Government must take necessary steps to stop this terrorism.
Recently, I have read a news which says that India will take a strong security measurement and they will follow a secret cameras (CCTV Cameras) in many places like London did, and Government also believe that these steps will definitely increase the security and as soon as they see any suspected person, they can proceed with the further actions and this will make sure that we can stop any terror plots, so that it will save a lots of innocent people and this will also increase the confident level among people.
So how these security cameras will improve the security? This is a very complicated task, because it doesn’t stop in setting all those security cameras and leave as such. The most important process that must be done after installing these cameras is that there should be some experts who always monitor these cameras and moreover they must always be alert and should report instantly whenever they find any suspect actions. On the other hand there must be a team, may be of Police or Army, who take necessary actions again those suspects whenever they were informed by those staff who work in the security cameras monitoring room.
In Mumbai it is planned that more than 5000 security cameras will be installed all over the city and that too mainly in places where people meet and that too especially in the traffic junctions, traffic signals. Recently the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Mr.Ashok Chawan assured that these security arrangements will be done soon.
To show the strength of the Indian security, recently during the first anniversary of the Mumbai terror attacks, the Government arranged a parade show which explained the power of Indian forces and moreover it also showed how we have increased the strength with respect to security, after the terror attacks happened in 2008.A new team called “FORCE ONE “has been set us especially for the city of Mumbai and they will be alert any time and make sure that no more terror attacks take place.
Lot of credit must go to NSG commandos, and also to the Mumbai Police, Fire Service, Hotel staffs and all others who were responsible for saving lot of lives. When it comes to the NSG commandoes, the Home minister inaugurated new NSG hubs across various cities in India and also ensured that whenever NSG commandos required any chopper or aircraft, they will get it very soon, so that the rescue operation doesn’t get delayed. So let us hope no more terrorist attacks take place and let India be a safest place, heaven, of the earth.
