Are women better managers than men

I think we all have qualities to be able to do things, regardless of gender. However, certain traits can help us to achieve better in some areas than others, which may include gender as well, but not necessarily. Women are said to be better at multitasking than men, but men have a much more powerful focus, which you need in management as much as some ability to multitask and keep various things going. Men tend to get on with things without feeling guilty or over pressurizing others. Women in management usually cannot accept mistakes which lead to a lot of stress in the workplace. Men have an eye for detail and women more intuition, so they may tend to see the bigger picture in business better than men do. Again, this is all relative and not necessarily gender-related. Studies prove that regardless of sexuality and gender, some brains can be predominantly feminine, others masculine, bearing traits of both sexes.
