Introduction
Naveen William Sidney Andrews, also popularly known as Naveen Andrews,is an Emmy and Golden globe award nominated actor.
He was born on the 17th of January, 1969, in Lambeth, London, England to Stanley Andrews,who was a businessman, and Nirmala,who was a psychologist specialist.Naveen Andrews has a strong Indian connection, because both his parents are immigrants from Kerala, India.
Early Life and Interests
Naveen was raised in Wandsworth(beside the River Thames), South London and he has described as a "very repressive" upbringing.

The turning point was at the age of 5,when his school teacher mentioned to Naveen's parents that the young boy, Naveen, had talked of being an actor and also very much interested in acting field.As an impact of this, Naveen attended London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama, at the age of 16 with Ewan McGregor and David Thewlis (of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004)
Naveen's first role was in ,"London Kills Me", which is a Hanif Kureshi's film.It was in 1993,Naveed achieved his first success as Naveen was nominated by the Evening Standard Drama Awards as Most promising Newcomer for his part in "Wild West".
Naveen is also best known for his role as that "Sikh bloke" in The film "English Patient" which was released in the year 1996. In this film Naveen plays a character called Lt. Kip Singh the image below shows a scene from that film.This film won 9 Academy Awards
Naveen was nominated for Best Actor at the San Remo Film Festival, for the BBC's "The Buddha of Suburbia", Naveen had an expressive eyes and many of his fans were attracted by his eyes.In 2006, Naveen was voted in the "People's Magazine",Worlds Most Beautiful People.He was voted as Sexiest Survivalist in 2005 by People Magazine.
Naveen continued his good performance throughout his carrier and he was best knwon for the role of Sayid Jarrah in the popular television series called "Lost".
It was this character in "Lost" Naveen was nominated for an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his role in "Lost" and he was appreciated greatly by all for his character.

#)It was at the age of sixteen, while Naveen was at Emanuel School, he fell in love with his mathematics teacher, Geraldine Feakins, and 7 years later in 1992, he had a son, called Jaisal with Geraldine Feakins
