what i think personality = mirror + soul. Here mirror means how do You look and soul means your inner world which denotes dreams, heart, confidence, attitute.Personality is our reflection to the people before us. It is the way how we bought to present ourself or how we "actually" are !It is not only tht personality is our daily "virtue" but also ther comes two sides to it like ther is always two sides of a coin at times people behave their actual "persona" but at the other point of time they behave completely different person which is contrary to wat they are in "real sense".

yes,it could also be truely said that we are not same people at different times.i.e different shades of out persona comes when we come in contact with different people. This is left to "our" exclusive judgement !
As specified that the personality we own is wat we have acquired since we are on this earth till now i.e from the people around us depending upon the people in our contact "those" traits are reflected in our persona.
Of course its also said that what is the reflection of our outer-self is what is people conceive about us.Its could be said first impression of ours.personality is not only related to our image thts our body but its more than tht i.e how we speak , how we act , how we take up different matters of life , how we perceive life means ur opinion abt the world its ppl and also the thgs around us
alt
Thus, its all reflected in our "persona".our Personality inculdes( what other look in us + what we pretain to be + what we are ) .Yeah socity, life, time they all modify ur personality, but  man is made by love of  mother, disciplane of father, values of your family and so may factors. Also changes, may be they are uncertain but they are sure Personality alter with time.

If personality has anything to do with our looks then Mother Teresa wouldn't have become this much popular?people might say Aishwarya rai and her looks but we had miss world in 60's itself, honestly i don't even know her name now.Looks are not permanent but personality is sometimes. It is a reflection of your Heart, Mind and Soul, what ever you are is reflected in your personality.

"A pious soul has a reverence for itself" - these are the lines which inspired Ayn Raynd to write "Fountainhead".Can your personality change?.i can have as many as four personalities a day and i am even very much aware of the changes in me and i can feel the changes in me(attitude, behaviour). Believe me its true. Our personality reflects the atmosphere we are in. And i strongly feel we cannot exhibit the same kind of personality everywhere.I feel there are 2 aspects of human personality, one is a permanent part and another is a flexible/reactionary part.

The permanent personality traits like,
- being joyful\ sulky
- being introvert\ extrovert

I feel in most cases, people remain the same throughout their lives, even though for some period of time they may reverse due to social condition or demands ( like a introvert may need to socialize a lot due to his\her job requirement to deal with clients ) but nevertheless, the person gets back to his\her own traits, like a rubberband regains its shape, its apparently permanent traits. The other part maybe the traits of personality effected by the society and cultural norms and upbringing of a child.

-the feeling of superiority\inferiority
- worthless\ deserving
- spendthrift\ miserly \ balanced

These traits can change with every turn in life and society, and what a person is today, may not be the case tomorrow because he may yeild to social pressure and change his ways using his willpower and thats what we call "turning a new leaf".lot of examples in history of A becoming B, but their innate traits of personality remained the same i.e. introverts remained introverts, when they were miser as well as when they became spendthrift.Part from those basic traits of someone's personality, people gets changed and they should be , it is just like LIFE, if it remains same, it will start smellind and we will get annoyed .so is the case somehow with general persoanlity traits of a person.keep changing to get attracted by people around you . Just like as people change their physical appearance for a new look. Yes it takes a lot of determination and will power but most important factor that contributes to success in anything is the desire for it. This desire, at least as far as my experience is concerned, cannot be inculcated. It is either present in some degree or absent.

Earlier i was this introvert, people hating, recluse. I loved to be left alone with my walkman and a cup of coffee. Sometimes a TV set. I couldnt talk with people. I did not make a single friend till standard 10th which was when i fianlly dcided i needed to associate.Today, after aproximately 4 years of persistence I've become quite an extrovert, I have friends in almost all walks of life except science and all over india. I wont say I dont stay alone anymore, I love to stay alone at times. I can still work better alone than in a group but it doesnt mean I cant work with people like earlier. Now I LOVE meeting and associating with people.I agree parents and home environment contributes alot to one's persoanlity but that should never stop one from being what he wants to be. One must learn to take the responsibility for being what he is and the initiative to become what he wants to. Change is not just possible, at times it is necessary!

Life is a game of cards. you dont decide what cards you get but you can and must decde how to play them. Its not what cards you have, it whether you can get the result you want out of them. It might not always end up in what you wanted it to be but it leaves you with experience that makes you wiser for the rest of your life. Moreover, uncertainities shouldn't stop you from aiming for success. Just imagine what would've happened if the great explorers would never have left their countries to hunt for the other parts of the world? The part of changing handwriting to change or improve ones personality traits is called grapho-therapy and yes it is possible to change personalitiesIt usualy take around 25-30 days to change ones personality depending upon the intrest and effort put in by the person. In some cases where most of the personality is right and only one or to changes is necessary , it may take as less as 5-7 days . This also depends upon how well the analysis is presented to the person and how well the person has realised the need for the change in the personality.

Money Makes Personality

Is it necessary to have lots of money to make once personality or without money a person can make his/her personality that everybody called simplicity but if we acquire simplicity we will be out of fashion .There is only little relation between money and personality..i cannot totally ignore it but yes the way of your living ,some manners and all depends on whether one is wealthy or not but MAKING PERSONALITY when viewed as A GOOD PERSON then money may not necessarily do so.Its in us , our genes and DNA that we inherit but when we realize and see the things we tend to change. All these is gradual and never ending process but not primarily because of money.Everyone is good. As for personalities, what make you such a good jugde of what makes a good personality as opposed to a bad one? people are just different. they do things differently, from different people. money or not, as long as you are being true to yourself, you are what YOU would call a "good" person. For the "good and bad" theory people I would like to hear they tell me how come, in the variety of cultures of the world, there be only good or bad? The europeans thought that way 500 years ago and extinguished the native american tribes because they were bad for not being religious. That is a very simple thought, but was good enought to some. Now, if you take personality as the growing mind, as the facts which make each person unique, then you`ll have it more accuratelly. That being said I answer, money surely "makes" personality, as a simple bug you kill, can build your personality, every action builds another piece, each and every time you think, and acquire another knowledge, you grow your personality, I guess, knowledge builds personality, and knowledge can be acquired in anything,so does personality.

Of course different cultures have their own perspectives on whats right and wrong, but those are jsut norms. Norms refer to what is accepted and unaccpeted in a particualr society.  But are we not familair with the basics of the good adn evil that are regardless of any creed, culture or religion?Money plays a very little part in one's 'character'.What is personality anwyays. Its a combination of genes and environment.
And money is but only a lil part of one's environment.

Personality Vs Character !

In "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and subsequent books, Stephen Covey has said that in recent times, there has been a lot of emphasis on "Personality", how it can be built up and how it can be projected. His view has been that this has meant that there is a focus shift away from "Character", which is deeper and ingrained. In a lot of current-day discourse on people/ brand/society, there is a great emphasis on the as it is projected, the "personality" that is expressed through tone and imagery one create, and there is less emphasis on the "character" - as to how genuinely people-centric it is, what its deeds are, that are adding value for the life and to the society by large.I request to all you dear friends, educated upwardly mobile successful in the respective area of specialization to give your opinion in relation to built and operate like mind society within the society we live.

well castles cannot be built in air,one needs something substantial for it.The same goes for personality, without proper character imbibed in it,its just an utter waste.Well very truly stated that these days character is gradually becoming a thing of past. The onus largely goes on the parents and primary school teachers to inculcate the values which hav formed the basis of our indian society, some may call it old or obsolete but the culture and its values are of prime importance and the reason of our very own existence and the wisdom our land is known for.

Personality vs Appearance

Your personality is an appearance. And, you do not have the same personality always, when you are with different people. You may look the same, but some people may love you, and others may hate you. We can judge others' personality by their appearance because we give them that personality. No,we cant judge someone's personality ,just by their appearance.Because appearances can be deceptive .

We may get cheated or lead into deception by just rendering a thought of good behaviour or label a person good personality ,which we may be wrong at times. Many cheats ,thieves, murderers get away with crime because of false appearance only.So ,though we may be able to study and know a bit about any person--we cant judge a person just by appearance.

How to Improve your personality?

1.Believe in yourself
2.Believe in what you are doing
3.Believe your teacher
4.Believe that one day you will rule
5.B genuine,be true,be honest,be cool

Personality Development:

alt

Your personality is the type of person you are, which is shown by the way you behave, feel and think”. Everyone wants success in his/her life. Everywhere people like to see the smiling face and serene mind. Is it really hard to achieve this things? Then why We feel that we are lagging somewhere. whats the reason? As i saw in many years, the self oriented attitude. Having good job & good family is the only defination of happy and successful life in view of many people. They never try to see beyond this and are happy in their own world. But when they have to interact socially then problem comes. They might feel somewhat hesitated and cant express themselves properly. How many of us spare some time for our society? How many of us is engaged in constructive activity of one or the other kind? Might be very few people. So if you want to leave your footprints in every sphere of life, get rid of this self oriented attitude.
