Hi friends everybody knew that this ongoing ODI seris between the No.1 and No.2 side in the world is going to be the best 7 match series ever, because it is only a battle for first place but also resembles an actual battle field, as players from both the sied gets injured and the opposition team are importing players as some of their present players are injured and sent home.

Well, just 3 matches played so far, and 3 of the Australian players were sent home and virtually India als wins in this battle, because we only have 2 players injured, Sehwag and Gambir, and Yuvraj recovered from injury and also winning the man of the match award in the 3rd ODI for his match winning performance.

Recent player who was sent home due to Hamstring injury is James Hopes and as a replacement for him, Clint Mckay was called up. Hopes played only one match, i.e. the first ODI at Vadodra and he never played the remaining ODI due to an injury. This is going to be a set back for the Australians, because he is one of the best all rounder, who can contribute for his team during the end overs, when it comes to batting.

Not only that, he is also a good bowler and an excellent fielder. Iam not sure Clint Mckay,his replacement, who has the best bowling performance of 6/75 in an innings, will play even a single match, as there are no slot for bowlers at present in the team. But still if the present bowlers fail to do well, he will make his debut.

With Bret Lee out of the tournament, it is practically impossible for any player to replace him, because his the best bowler in this world at present. We can also clearly watch their bowling has weakened due to the absence of Bret Lee and as a result they will depend mainly on three of their bowlers, Mitchel Johnson, Peter Siddle and Nathan Hauritz. But consider the fact that the Indian players ar eat the best when it comes to playing against a spin player, we need to concentrate on Siddle and Johnson to win matches.

You could have also seen in the third ODI Doni and Yuvraj didn't take any risk when these two bowlers bowled at the early stages and they worked with a plane, which made India victorious.Well, when it comes to Indian side, we missed Yuvraj in the opening ODI and that has cost us as we lose that match. But he is fit enough and waiting for every chance to clear the boundary and make our team wins.

But another disappointment is that Gambir and Sehwag injured themselves during the third ODI at their home ground, New Delhi. As a result of this Dinesh Karthik was called as the backup for these players, because the decision will be taken, whether Sehwag and Gambir will participate on Monday (2-11-09) morning and if they re unfit, the Kohli and Dinesh Karthik will fill their places. Reports also said if Karthik plays, then he will keep, which gives a chance for Doni to bowl again, if it is required.

We can also create history in Mohali, where the 4th ODI will be played, because if we win this match then we will be the No.1 ODI side in the world. Previously we were No.1 for a very short period of time, once in Srilankan tri series, where we got this honor for one day and another time at the Champions trophy when the South African team, who was NO.1 at that time, lost a match.

So there is a chance for India to gain this spot by beating the Australians, who are the No.1 at present, and this is going to be a honor because we are winning this spot after beating the No. 1 team in a direct battle.
