What makes a woman successful?

I am not sure how to measure success, however, it would be the same qualities by which you would measure the success of a man, not much different !

I think a balanced life would make a women successful. Balanced life means a life where she has got good enough education, earning good amount of money, serving her parents, married to a loving husband, have 1 or 2 kids, loving daughter in law, and one who keeps her family happy will make her a successful woman. 

I believe for success a woman requires the same qualities as a man needs to be successful. Only one thing extra is required and that is the support of the whole family. Men too get depressed and frustrated and their life can become mess but in the case of women it is much more than that because usually women are emotionally weaker than men..

I feel that women face more stereotyping in the society. Somehow, they are brought up with more moral preaching and as a bearer of sacrifices to sustain a relationship. We are fed with the picture of a perfect woman right from our childhood- a perfect wife, loving daughter, caring daughter in law, proud mother, efficient home maker... You carry a sense of guilt if you do not fit into that picture, an epitome of love and sacrifice. 

For me, The greatest success for a woman would be her ability to fight stereotypes and win over her inner inhibitions and then decide where her actual call and love lies. 

Strong will power, passion, caring nature and above all woman is also a mother.

Self confidence is really important for woman success.

In my opinion, success is not gender specific. It's most important to identify and pursue one's passion, that's the real success. If he or she is able to succeed, then he/she is successful. I feel so. It's foolishness to measure success in our own terms as it differs for each and every person. So the better one to answer this question is himself/herself, as he/she knows best what she wants to feel self satisfied and successful.

Many people would say, to lead a happy and peaceful family life with husband and kids, with a job in hand/or celebrity status would make a woman successful. I don't feel so. What about unmarried women who enjoys the same status and happiness of married woman? Best instance is our Nightingale - Lata Mangeshkar, who is adored by music lovers across the world!!!

Even to my opinion success is not gender specific. But whatever the responsibilities a women have and whatever dreams and goals she have. IF she reach them and lift them then it is the success of women. This even applies to men also.

Self Development experts say that  one should Possess three "Ds", that is, Direction, Determination and Discipline to achieve Success.. From this one can understand, irrespective of the Gender, One can achieve success of one is endowed with Direction, Determination and Discipline.

• Arguing with reletives, vendors drivers
• Fightings for attention
• Fighting to meet public expectations about you
• Fightings for rights with stupid people
