If you want to publish the e-book without any copyright then please create a new website of your own and then publish. Otherwise please contact free e-book publishers in the website to publish the website.

It can be done through blog,or any web site.

Online is better platform to write and publish your ebook. The best one is Amazon.

Contact the ebook publishers website and do your job else start your own website.

There is a network in Linkedin site who can help you in publishing digital books,ebook etc.but first of all register in the Linkedin.com and then search for the groups option where you can search for ebooks,ebook publishing group. there different authors who have already published their book can help you.
