If we have 10 minutes leisure it is enough for reducing weight and to look beautiful.

  1. We need to run faster for 10 minutes. By running daily we can reduce our weight and look fit.
  2. Early morning when we wake up , we should climb steps and get down steps for 10 minutes. By doing this the fat present in the body will get reduced.
  3. By doing jogging and skipping our body will become fit.
  4. The dance which you love to dance, dance until you want to dance. This will also reduce weight of the body.
  5. To reduce fat in thy, then lift your hands up and bend towards your right as much as you can. Again come to your normal position and now bend towards you left. Therefore the fat present at the hip and thy will get reduced.
  6. By moving your hands round in clockwise and anti clock wise direction then the fat present near the shoulder will get reduced.
  7. Garden is also one kind of exercise that is planting plants by digging mud, watering plants etc.

This gives peace of mind also.

VII. Doing meditation also give energy to our body. People who do exercise can prepfer doing meditation after exercise.
