Ingredients:

Moong dal – 1 glass

Maida - 4 glasses

Salt and chili powder – according to your taste

Oil – according to the requirement

Preparation –

Boil Moong Dal and smash it. Take a wide bowl and add some water. Now spread thin cloth on the bowl, pour Maida on the cloth and close the lid. So that the Maida will be cooked on the steam. After 15 minutes off the flame. Now mix cooked maida and smashed moongdal,salt and chili powder. Take a pan, add some oil, drop the mixture in the form of designs and fry them. Moong dal Janthikalu ready. Very crispy to taste.
