Dal Laddu
Ingredients:
Rice Powder – 1 glass
Ground nuts – 1 kg
Jaggery – 1kg
Elachi powder – 1kg
Preparation:
Fry ground nuts without using oil and peel the skin of them. Now take a bowl, add fried groundnuts and rice powder. Take another bowl, add jaggery and some water, so that the jaggery get melts and form into thread. Now mix elachi powder, ground nut and rice powder mixture. Mould the mixture into round shapes when the mixture is hot or else the mixture will become dry and we cannot mould it.
