Ingrediants:

Round brinjals -1/4kg

Turmeric powder - 1 pinch

chana flour - 1/2cup

chili powder-1 tea spoon

dhaniya powder - 1 table spoon

salt - 1/2 tea spoon

chopped coriender - 1 table spoon

oil - 6 table spoon

Preparation:

1. Wash the brinjals thoroughly.

2. Cut the brinjals slightly

3. Now place these cuted brinjals in salt water

4. Take a bowl.

5. Add chana flour, salt , chili powder, coriender, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, 2 table spoon oil.

6.Mix them thoroughly

7. Now stuff the brinjal with this mixture

8. Take a wide bowl

9. Place it on the stove.

10.Add some oil in it.

11.After oil get heatedd, fry the stuffed brinjals carefully so that they wont get opened.

12. Don't cover the bowl with the lid.

13.Reduce the flame and after 5 minutes off the flame.

14..Therefore Guthivankaya fry is ready.
