Palak Paneer Kofta - Recipe

Ingredients:-

Spinach

Paneer

Gram floor

Ginger-garlic paste

Onion

Tomatoes

Haldi

Garam Masala

Salt

Red chilly powder

Curd

Coriander powder

Green chilly

Oil

Method:-

Palak

Boil Palak

Add palak, Green chilly and water in the cooker.

Boil till 2-3 whistles.

Grind:-

Grind boiled palak in a mixer.

Grind onion and tomatoes separately in a mixer.

Kofta:-

Take mashed Paneer, besan, salt and a pinch of garam masala and mix well.

Make small balls of the prepared mixture.

Heat oil and fry balls in oil.

 

Cook:-

Take oil in a pan and heat it and add onion and ginger-garlic paste and stir it till it turns light brown.

Add tomatoes, salt, Haldi, red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and bit of curd and stir it for 5-10 minutes till it starts realising oil.

Now add palak and some quantity of water in it after 5 minutes add koftas and stir it and keep it in a low flame for 15-20 minutes.

 

Palak paneer kofta is prepared, serve it hot.
