Face is the index of our mind; I am sure everyone will accept this. What is the first thing that a person will see whenever they see you? It is definitely the face and this is the main reason why many people use all types of creams that are available in the market on their face. Confidence of a person increases when he/she feels good. It doesn’t mean that physical appearance is important than your mental fitness or your attitude. I am just trying to say that physical appearance too plays an important role.

I know how I felt when I had so many pimples on my face; I felt very shy to go out. My mother helped me to get rid of this problem. I really should thank her for the home remedies she told me. They did wonders to my pimples and I regained my self-confidence. Let me share them with you.

It is always safe to use natural remedies rather than using chemicals. Chemicals may cause rashes or can harm the skin; sometimes, these chemicals may aggravate the pimples in your face. Why go in for chemicals when you can deal the pimples naturally?

1. Hydrate your body by drinking lots of water. You can drink anywhere between 6-8 glasses of water a day.

2. Keep a separate towel for you. Wash your pillow covers as frequently as possible.

3. Keep your hair clean as excessive dandruff is also a cause for pimples. Wash your comb at least once a week or whenever you feel it is dirty.

4. Do you leave your hair loose? There is nothing wrong in it; however, ensure that your hair does not touch your face. Oil and dandruff in the hair will get transmitted to your face and this may cause pimples.

5. Do you wear makeup? If yes, remove them before you go to bed. When you leave the makeup on, it may clog the pores. This results in pimples and acne.

6. Don’t prick pimples. When you prick a pimple, the puss or the fluid gets spread to other parts of the face and this increases the amount of pimples.
