We are living in a strange world. Our human body also very strange. We know that there are many parts of the body. Each and every part operates in different way and different manner.  Body is the very biggest palace. The key of the palace is mind. The mind is the one, which tells us the needs of the body.  When we are busy with doing activities and thinking, the body which does not need rest.  At the same time, with the utmost confusion, extreme fear our body will be so tired and we need rest.
