Media players are nothing but the softwares used to play audio and video in our computers. There are tons of such media players available over the internet. Some are free and some are not. And then there are some media players that comes with the Operating System itself, like, Windows Media players with Windows OS's and iTunes with Mac OS X. Like such players there are many that would amaze you, but you just don't know what to choose. There are some people who just download all or many multi media players and install them and they just keep the ones they like the most. - Best for playing Videos.

- Tons of Features Available For Free.

- Tools for editing mp3 files.
- Easy to create a Media Library
- Music CD's can be created.
- Add-on's are available.
- Easy to use interface.
- WMP 11 can be replaced by Winamp( 'cause Winamp is more efficient)

- Available for Windows OS's too.
- Easy to store files in iTunes Library.
- Radio Stations are available.

- Video player/library.
- Converts audio to required format.
- Better software for ipod...
- Rich in taste.

- Heavily attracted media player.
- Freeware.
- Extra Facilities can be obtained with a fee of upto Rs1500/.
- Audio,Video,Radio compatible.
- Easy to build a library.

- All formats are nearly compatible.
- Upgrade are available all the time.
5. Windows Media Player
Advantages:
- Comes free with windows OS's.
- Audio,Radio,Video compatible.
- Easy to build a library.
Features:
- Internet may slow up the WMP to connect with Radio.
- Online Video's can be easily viewed.
- Annoying messages may nag you.
- Converts files to desired format with required KBPS and more.
6. Media Player Classic:

Advantages:
- Requires Low RAM.
- Looks like WMP 6.4.
- Easy to download and install.
Features:
- Not much options are available.
- No online Radio.
- Audio track details are displayed when playing.
- No library, no Equalizer .
- Very poor software.
