Children should be made to talk; this is the first step towards solving the problem. Kids are not able to explain their problems, but those can be found using small acts, or games. We need to understand their fear, try to remove it from their mind & make them feel free. We should try to eliminate the feeling of insecurity from their mind.

Their mental ability can also be determined using the talent in sports & art, but we should not use any of this to discourage children & judge their intelligence. Most of the time parent tries to compare their children with other; they even don’t listen to their own children. They cannot find that their child can become a good writer, singer, painter etc.
Parents should not force their expectation on their children, they must understand what his child wants & try to help him achieving it, or it will increase the distance between parent children & teacher children.
Finally parents need to be a Friend, Philosopher & Guide for their children & create a friendly environment in home....
