Leakage of Liberhan committe report

The leakage of Liberhan report is apparently a serios matter. Publication of the report in press before presentation in parliament is unethical and unsconstitutional. Such lapses are inimical to our parliamentary system. Moreover the report is sensitive as major communities have strong sentiments on the matter contined in the report.
The issue involvd is the management of information by our government. This also raises security matter. simiulkarly, defence secrets ca be leaked to terrorist groups. All these aspects require discussion on the forum.
