    Yes,it is very correct to have a regular eye check up and wear appropriate good quality glasses.

    I forget to post my experience with low quality glasses.It caused me eye irritation and severe itching sensation which took months to recover.

    Cheap glasses are really bad for the eyes and it will cost our precious eyes.Its always recommended to wear the one which are prescribed.
