What do you mean by Religion?

Religion means rules & regulations to realize the god. We can not say which religion is superior because most of religions were started by great reformers & they all have the great feeling of love & friendship. But our IGO & poor mind always stand a rigid wall of superfluous thoughts to prevent the flow of love & friendship.

What i understand is there is no religion in the human race.

if i say, im Hindu religion that means im just following the customs and traditions and worship God.Its just way of follow customs and traditions, which gives you a way of telling, im doing devoting to God (named so many) as i wish. Where there is no pressure, restrictions to do (like you must do in this way only..). We are following customs and traditions that were put by our ancient days fore fathers. So we like, love, respect , obey and follow their words(scripts).

Religion is one of the ways this tendency of humans manifests itself.

There is no exact meaning for religion as it is created by humans and not the eternal power called the GOD...We all are created by this eternal power but with use we brough just a soul and some thinking capacity..All the humans have same flesh, blood and body parts but thinking is different which made us create this indiffence called Religion that divided the entire world and humanity into small pieces.

According to human thinking religion can be state as belief which varies from religion to religion but ultimately the objective is to follow this eternal power (God) who himself do not have any religion. God tried to give this message number of times in the form of saints who were born on the earth such as sai baba, jesus christ and others.

Religion is set ogf belief regarding creation, presevance and functioning of universe consisting of Sun, planets, stars and earth, life and death, Curiousity gave rise to man's imagination and consequent beliefs. 

Common set of beliefs in a community gave rise to religious communities. Apart from beliefs on matter of universe, God, soul, spirits  and Satan, the communities also developed social and legal norms. Thus there is personal law regarding property, succession, marriage, divorce and other disputes.
