I have submitted my photo as my avatar, still my profile says that if I upload my photo, I shall be eligible for 40 points, how come?

This is about my photo which is uploaded and right there but my profile says, I can get another 50 points for uploading a photo, how come? What should I do?

Please ignore that message, there is a bug which sometimes cannot update the status properly.

It must be the profile complete percentage.

Hello there Maverick, I have my photo loaded which is called avatar. However my profile is only 50% complete and it says if I upload a photo as my avatar this will be complete up to 90%. I am copy pasting what it reads like:
Your profile is 50% complete. Add a photo or avatar to get to 90%.
