You can do this by following methods : ---------------------

1)Do not download any toolbars in the browser

2)Do not download some software such as GEARS etc on the computer .

3)You can use No script software

4)Put yourself behind the Proxy server.

Block Ads and Super Cookies before they are downloaded. There are other ways too. Look at this link.
