What is a good fat loss workout for someone that sometimes only has 15-20 minutes per day to workout?

When you do any activity that requires more energy , the body gets instant energy by burning the fats accumulated in the walls of the stomach.


Muscles helps in burning the fats. the nore the muscles ,the more fats can be reduced.
