Who is the head of Common Wealth? Can an Indian Citizen be appointed head of Common Wealth?

The Common Wealth games are being held shortly in Delhi. Queen's baton is moving from London to Delhi. Common Wealth consists of many countries. Who is the head of common WEalth and how the appointment is made?

I believe Queen Elizabeth II is the current head of the Commonwealth.



The position is occupied by the individual who serves as monarch of each of the Commonwealth realms,

I think Queen Elizabeth always remains the head of the commonwealth and later the position goes to whoever takes over from her ..However, things may change and the commonwealth organisation itself might see a lot of changes and who knows we might get to see an Indian heading it ..
