What to do when someone irritates you?

Shout at him/her or listen to him/her thinking that fellow to be fool and will calm down itself once you ignore him/her.

I shall neither leave the place nor react. I shall continue my job or talk to others and ignore him totally. I shall treat his utterances as meaningless sounds.

The best way to cope with such a situation is to try to reach to the root of irritation, maybe you are not getting the point properly and feeling bad.

Firstly make the person underdatnd if he is like in the mood of irritating then the aimple funda of not to get irritated pic up your ipod and just ignore such namunas...

A person irritates you because he/she don't like you or don't respect you. You can either slap him/she or just leave the place and do some productive work.

I think ignoring is the best solution. More to respond to him/her more you mind will be affected. So, it is better to avoid or ignore him/her.

The biggest punishment and the best way to inflict an invisible injury on the man who shouts is allow him to shout. Don't get provoked. He will be tired and leaves the place on his own accord.

It is better to go away from him with out talking to him. This could be a lesson for him so next time he wont disturb us.
Next thing is talk to him calmly dont disturb him that you cannot concentrate on your work.
