It is said that a fool may ask more questions than a wise man can answer. Asking question is nothing but an expression of curiosity. Curiosity is inbuilt whereas satisfying it needs analysis of issue involved and collection of facts or experiment. .

Questions doesn't need an expertise. Where as answering needs expertise. A wrong question can be pardoned , but not a wrong answer

"Easy" is a subjective term. What you find easy, might not be the same for others. For someone, answering a question may be far easier than forming a question.

Because someone don't have to think much to ask question but has to think harder to answer question.

You can ask anything you would like to have answer for those. But if you are asked a question to respond, you will start thinking. Answering with the relevant answer to the question is not easy task all the times as we think actually.
