Is it possible to file suit in international court against Musraf and Pakistan by India

No single individual can be blamed. So there cant be a case against Musharraf.

Musharraf does not need to be brought into any international courts. He has been arrested and imprisoned in his own country and the crimes he has committed in his own country are quite definitive and the Pakistanis, especially a big number of judges and lawyers will not forget them in any near future. So he will definitely pay for his crimes in Pakistan itself!

Many cases are filed up in International Court of Justice. Many other countries rather than India has filed cases against Pakistan. Such informations are hidden from general public.

Musharraf right now is already on trial for different cases in his own country.

Where is an international court that can try any individual? We can only go against countries in UNO but none on personal basis.

I don't think that it is possible .We cant go and file a complaint against a particular individual.

I doubt if there any international court ! The best one can do is appeal to the United Nations, but will that really help us ? I doubt it very much since UN is controlled by the USA which has never been fair to India where Pakistan - India affairs are concerned...

Disputes between states only and not individuals are in jurisdiction of International court of justice. So there can be no case against Musharraf.

Hmm.. This is something beyond. But as par as I know it is not possible.
