What is difference between off-break and off-spin bowling in Cricket?

Both are types of spins, but what is actual difference?

Off spin is basically a spinners do and there is high turn of ball on the of side when the ball hits the ground on the other had off break is done by a pacer its not a turn but the ball tends to move a bit on the off side when hits the surface. Though I am not sure.

Off break is an off spin delivery for a right handed bowler for a right handed Batsman. This will turn from the off side to the leg side. Off spin is a form of bowling, in which, the bowler spins the ball with fingers

Basically both these terms mean the same. Well said by Anil that these technical terms are for commentators, we as spectators nothing to worry about that they are saying. Just enjoy six and fours and runs, and of course don't forget to watch Chris Gayle! My favorite :)

In off break bowling, when the ball hits the ground it spins away from the off side and in off spin bowling when the bowl hits the ground on off side, it spins from there to the leg side of a right handed batsman and spins away from a left handed batsman.

I guess off break is used for spinner where the ball spins away from the right hander and in off spin, the pace bowler moves the ball away from the right hander. I hope I am right.
