Any woman can look beautiful using make-up. If you are talking about external beauty it is subjective..what looks beautiful to you may not look beautiful to others, but if your are talking about inner beauty, it is the character of a woman, her attractive personality, coupled with good behaviour makes a woman beautiful.

I have observed that actresses who wear a particular type of dress, look more beautiful. So, clothes play an important role in a woman's beauty.
