How can I Change my eating habbit?

I became fat due to my eating habit I cannot leave it when I was in home I will eat alot I know I was in danger position but cannot change my habit. Give me some suggestions to stay away from this habit.

Its better to keep yourself busy in work those who remain free tend to eat more moreover do physical work to digest what you eat its more important.

Well, try to get busy, if you will be busy at that time you will not feel more huger.

Drink lots of water when you feel hunger, it will decrease your hunger.

Try to eat healthy food when you are hungry, like go for fruits, you can go for more quantity too but it will not increase your fat.

And also lets take a balloon ..We need to pump air up to certain level only . Beyond this balloon gets blasted . So make sure your stomach is not full .So that it gets digested very easily ..
