Do any physical and mental activity that interests you not that you are forced to do. For example read books if you are interested or play chess or other board games which stimulates mind and you find it interesting. In additions supplement your physical activity with short walks, jogs, runs or playing any outdoor sport like badminton, cricket, basketball, etc. If not possible then in office or school take the stairs, eat moderate, drink water, etc.
