Are you lazy in doing exercise?

Question is simple. Frankly I should say, yes I am! Though I desire a lot to do manual exercises to stay fit, laziness drives me away from it. It's the case of most of the people around us. What about you?

OMG this looks like a very healthy and active group. When i read the question i was thinking that all would be agreeing with Sandhya, but nice to see that all are health conscious. By the way another ditto and high-five sandhya. I am in the same boat.

Never. In fact , physical exercises and Yoga are an integral part of my life. Because, I'm a firm believer in the adage,, " Health is Wealth". If money is lost, it can be earned back, but not Health. I walk early in the morning. I do Yoga in the evenings.

I am not lazy but with a busy schedule, at times I do miss out on my evening  walks but since I am on my feet all day and moving around I get enough exercise. Whatever walking or extra exercise I do is an added bonus..

Most of the time I am not lazy to do exercise except if I am mentally or physically stressed out. 

Infact the exercise keeps me more active and healthy. I never miss 20 minutes of walk. If I cannot make it in the morning I would go in the evening or in worst case I would just walk for 20 mins at home. 


I am extremely lazy in doing exercise. I always try to find out some or the other excuse to skip exercise. If I am sincere for three-four days then I think I have achieved something great though I know its essential, I fail to be regular.

Well, I am busy with my multiple roles in life. But still I make it a point to some physical exercise everyday though not at fixed time. I do either yoga or walk, it can be in morning or evening depending on the convenience. Moreover, I work with young children and special children. So lots of singing, dancing, yoga and meditation for special children keeps me on my toes throughout the day.

Nopz. when it comes to my health no laziness .. Yoga time is the my favourite part of the day... I really love to exercise and enjoy it


I try not to be lazy. I do walk frequently to stay active.

Yes I am lazy to do exercise. But I do walk to buy things daily approximate 2-3 km on the average.
