I don't know about particular medicine if any available. But you can go for homeopathy tablets for this problem which can do well for sure.

Drinking loads of water is the best medicine. However, medicines such as gokshuradi guggulu and chandrapha vati (ayurvedic medicines) is beneficial for dealing with kidney stones. All such medicines should be taken only in consultation with a medical practitioner.

There is no medicine for stone in kidney especially if the stones are spiked which hold the wall of kidneys. One can drink lot of water only to save himself from further damage but the only remedy is to get rid of them through laser or surgery.

I don't know the medicine for kidney stone.But I can suggest a method to reduce the chance of forming kidney stone.Drink plenty of water is the one thing.A normal human has to drink at least 3 litres of water per day.Secondly avoid foods that contain calcium.In vegetables the tomato skin is not at all good.So avoid skin of tomato when you eat it.Thirdly have a good exercise daily.If you take care of these things surely kidney stone will not come to you.

There are lots of treatment options for kidney stones. Restricting to medicnes, alpha adrenergic blockers like tamsulosin can be used. Add steroids for pain relief.Also drink lot of water.
