I don't think anyone can provide free service. But yes after spending certain amount we can reduce the STD charges in every mobile company now.

I think many companies are providing intra services free or on very cheap rates, otherwise also with 1 paisa per second facility and then calls made through internet for total free what else is needed.

I think to make STD calls , using skype is the best option. Otherwise there is a special offerairtel you can make calls at 1 rs per minute. There is another software named voipbuster which allows you to make some free calls,

BSNL is still the cheapest but almost all mobile companies have very competetive rates, so you can go with any of them..

There is a huge debate whether physical punishments should be given to school children or not and everyday we come across about this or that in the newspaper and medias that very often the students are punished and tortured by their teachers. There are a section of people who thinks that physical punishments should not be given to the scholl children and rather it should be dealth with by having a cool chat with the kids while there is another section of people who thinks that in some cases it becomes necessary.
