As long as you stick to the safety rules as outlined by the banks, shopping online by netbanking or even using credit cards is perfectly safe and hassle-free.

It totally depends on the banker; as per RBI instructions, all the bankers need to get secured websites. All websites not asking One Time Password and it makes the netbanking secured.

Always change the net banking password at least every three months.

Cash on Delivery is the better option than net-banking. Cause there are some sites which are fake and can hack your account.

All e-commerce web sites use https connection which is much secure than normal http. But we should try not to make any online transactions from a cyber-cafe as it is prone to risk.

Yesterday's my husband brought power bank , he booked for one piece but we got ten pieces . Of course we returned them but it was a bit nuisance. So I always stick to cod.

Yes, if you follow the rules and give information according then it is safe. Never refresh or use back button in any online transactions as it may resend the data again. I have see that Intenet connections which are slow often take time in displayin the next page which make users feel impatient. So, dont hurry in such cases by click the refresh button just wait or if error occur close the browser. I havent faced any problem with Internet banking or credit cards till now so only follow the rules.
