Depression is also kind of mental disease which needs to be cured, because it plays a vital role in your way of living.

When people are under depression they start feeling alone, and almost lose interest in every activity once they use to enjoy, just feel easy in being alone.
How to overcome depression.....
1) Start feeling Happy
When a person is under depression he is very much sad and broken from inside, so first of all it is very much for them to feel good because in a depressing state one person's feelings are affected the most, so just try to feel happy and good despite of whatever is running in your mind let it be, just feel good because you want to come out of it.
2)Stop comparison yourself with others
Never ever compare yourself with others because every single person is special and important in his own way. No matter how great you are if you are not grateful for what you are and what you have you will never be happy. So stop feeling sorry for about yourself and remember yourself that you are also special and deserves to be happy.
3)Stop worrying about others
Most of the people are under depression because they think that what others may be thinking about them, and that's the reason they don't follow their heart and they keep this thing inside their mind, and that feeling that they are not doing what they supposed to do, kills them from inside every moment they live.
So first of all stop caring about others, first follow your heart and do whatever your heart says and what makes you happy without thinking about others.
Always remember the less you care about others the happier you will be.
So at the end i want to say that your are also important and your life is as special as others. So stop comparing yourself with others, stop worrying about others because life is a god gift and live it to the fullest.
