Pasta is the most popular dish of Italy. In India also , it is gaining popularity. It is made from dough of wheat or suji. Pastas are of various types such as sphaghetti , penne, fusilli, lasagne. It is good for health as it does not contain fat. Ingredients: 1. one packet of pasta 2. Onions(2-3) 3. Tomatoes(3-4) 4. Oregano 5. Chilli Sauce 6. Garam masala 7. Salt 8. Red chilli powder 9. Dry coriander powder 10. Milk. Method: Boil the Pasta for 5-8 minutes and after that, drain the execess water. In a frying pan, heat refined oil and add chopped onions in it. Saute the onions till golden brown. Add the grated tomatoes and stir it. Then put salt to taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and stir it. Now add half cup milk and stir it. After 3-4 minutes, add the boiled pasta into the gravy and mix them well. Put some chilli sauce in it to make it spicy . Switch off the gas. Garnish it with oregano and coriander leaves.
