Stuffed Baingan

Ingredients :
Four egg plants, cutted 
One tablespoon onion, cutted
One green chili, finely cutted
Two tablespoon chop coriander plants 
One tablespoon besan
One tablespoon canola oil
Two tablespoon yogurt

Spices : 
Three fourth tablespoon red chili crush
One tablespoon coriander crush
Half tablespoon haldi crush
salt as per requirement

Technique:
build a cut at one extended part of the eggplant.

obtain yogurt in a little bowl, add tow tablespoon water, gram flour, plus every the spice.
