Ingredients: Methi Leaves - 2Bunches Wheat Flour - 1/2 KG Chili Powder - 1 Table Spoon Turmeric Powder -1/2 Spoon Salt - According to taste Sesame seeds - 1/2 Table Spoon Curd - 1/2 cup Oil - 1/2 Cup Preparation time - 10 minutes Cooking time - 20 minutes Preparation: 1. Separate Methi leaves from Bunches. 2. Take a Bowl. 3. Add Methi leaves, wheat flour, chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Sesame Seeds, Curd. 4. Mix all these Ingredients finely. 5. after 5 Minutes make this mixture into the form of small chapatti’s. 6. Now place a pan on the stove. 7. Add little bit oil on it. 8. Fry these chapatti forms on both sides. 9. We can have this with the combination of Tomato Soas. Therefore, Methi Thepla is ready. About Methi Thepla: Methi Thepla is a Gujrathi recipe.
