The best way to increase sperm count is to get lots of amino acids and healthy proteins Eat/drink things such as Fish, Soy (anything), lots of veggies, some fruit, decent amount of carbs Cut down or out red meat, sex/masturbation, sodas, fried food, alcohol, any food that might have hormones in it such as your average dairy products and lots of mainstream meats, esp, tyson, although they just came out with some hormone free meats recently.

 Breakfast is the most important. Eat fruits and lots of greens everyday. Like make a fruit smoothie with a few veggies. tight pants and underwear cause low sperm count because the testicles are too hot, boxers and loose pants improve thee sperm count/tight underwear are the leading cause of low or poor quality sperm.

 Ask any doctor. Sure there might be a health issue for some men but if you wear underwear, especially 24/7, your inability to get naked is your problem. The remedy is easy. Go commando all day and sleep naked. That allows the scrotum to adjust as required to maintain the optimum temperature for sperm production.

Apart from hormonal defiencies which can be estimated, a correctible cause is what is known as Vaicocele. Varicocele is a condition where the veins of the testicles become enlargedand congested due blood flowing in the reverse direction.this can be verified by an ultrasonogram easily. when confirmed it can be corrected by a simple laproscopic procedure.

The sperm count is likely to improve then. Seminiferous tubules in testes produce SPERM. Seminal  vesicles produce fluid for semen. one ejaculation spurts out one tea-spoon of semen. SPERM_COUNT is 2 to 3% of semen, containing 200 to 500 Million sperms. drink lots of water in a in a 6 hour period and stop masturbating so much.

Eating almonds and walnuts is supposed to help significantly. Drinking good fluids and eating fruit and such will also probably help. It takes a male something like 2 days to regenerate a full complement of sperm after an orgasm. So yes, masturbation (like sex) causes low sperm count, temporarily. It does not cause infertility, and no treatment is necessary.


Mostly due to alcohol, drugs, caffeine,  smoking and others.  Don't have sex  daily, try for every other day or every third day. Have sex in the morning - sperm count is highest in the morning. Keep cool - boxers and no hot tubs or hot showers/baths. Don't use any kind of tobacco. Limit alcohol. Take a zinc supplement or eat foods high in zinc. Keep your weight in a good range.
