What is Pedicure?
It is a cosmetic beauty treatment of maintaining clean and a healthy feet and feet nails.I have discussed a very simple method of trying out pedicure at home.This helps us avoid spending too much of money and time in beauty parlours.
Things we need for pedicure
1.Big tub
2.Luke warm water
3.Liquid soap
4.Shampoo
5.Lemon
6.Antiseptic solution
7.Nail cutter
8.Nail filer
9.Towel
10.pumice stone
11.Moisturizing lotion
12.Tooth brush
13.Cotton
14.Tissue paper
Steps to be followed
1.Half fill the tub with luke warm water.Add few drops of liquid soap,shampoo and any antiseptic liquid.(Ex:Dettol)
2.Add 5-6 drops of lemon juice too.
3.Soak the feet in water for 20 minutes.
4.Rub the feet and heel with the pumice stone to remove the dirt.
5.It is good to use a tooth brush to remove the dirt from the feet nails.
6.Dry your feet after cleaning.
7.Cut the nails evenly and shape the nails.
8.Apply a moisturizing lotion over your feet and massage it well for 10 minutes.
9.Wipe off excess cream using a tissue paper.
10.Apply a nail polish of your choice.Keep cotton balls between the toes so that nail polish can be applied easily.
Advantages of Pedicure
Many Women forget to take care of their feet.But it is very much essential to maintain a clean and a healthy feet.
1.You will get rid of your bed spread getting dirty due to your dirty legs.
2.It would be very much refreshing if we undergo the process of pedicure twice a month.
3.Soft and smooth feet will make you feel young and good.
Things to follow to have beautiful feet
1.Wash your feet quiet often to remove the accumulation of dirt.
2.Dry your feet and apply any moisturizing lotion and massage it well before gong to bed.
3.Wear comfort fit shoes when you go for a walk.
4.It is always better to wear ch appals and sandals.
5.Never wear shoes with high heels.It will result in muscle strain and pain.
6.Avoid prolonged standing in watery places.
7.If possible try to wear comfortable slippers when you are in your home too.
