Casual tips to become healthy:

If you follow those tips day today life, we could be good health

1. Wake up every day at least before 7:30AM.

2. First do light exercise like bedding down, stretching, walking and skipping.

3. Do nice brushing and bath, don't take bath in warm water it will affects nervous you will feedback during older age, so take bath in normal water.

4. Then spend some time for prayer or yoga it's really help for your day today life, despite prayer also one type of yoga. Yoga helps to reduce pressure, tension etc.

5. Take good breakfast because other name for breakfast is brain food, morning breakfast give good energy and stamina for the day.

6. Then do your sort of work like office etc., when you come to lunch part. Take good lunch but lesser than morning breakfast.

7.Important thing if your working in IT based or computer based work means then you have to seat for so many hours, don't sit many hours in same place give some break take relax. Infact you eyes need some relaxing, so pour cool water on your eyes its help your eyes lots.

8. Evening time take some fresh juice its give some extra energy other than junk food or cool drinks fresh juice is much more better.

9. After reach your home take bath its really good for you.

10. Take dinner lightly, because after finished dinner you will not do any hard work, so light food is very good for dinner.

11. If you done the dinner then don't go to sleep take around 30 min relax then go to sleep.

If you follow that step we will be in good health, i feel those steps are not difficult to follow. Very normal and casual tips

The highlight of the tips is what I feel is exercise and yoga because secret of those who are in good health in old ages is yoga and exercise
