Movies:
Movies form an integral form of life nowadays. They have become the most important form of entertainment. Initially the entertainment industry started its journey in the black and white form. Slowly they grew in size, form and entertainment factor. All of you would have watched at least one black and white movie of the olden days. Even now they are still fascinating and inspiring to watch. The actors will have great form of spirit in them. I am not sure how many of you know that actors of those days will sing their songs on their own. They used to put in whole lot of efforts into the movie. They did not look into acting as a profession but they looked at acting as an act of passion.
Movies of today:
Slowly the color factor change. Then there were many inventions than made the entertainment industry look further attractive. Films of the yester years had always some great themes and good thoughts to speak about. Watching the movies of that time used to bring love, confidence and nationality into human. All the human feelings and emotions will be enriched in a good way. Have you ever watched the movie kattabomman. Sivaji Ganesan sir who is regarded as a university for acting portrayed roles of a freedom fighter. He was so vibrant that he bought the Indian freedom struggle lively into our minds. There are hundreds of movies which can be stated as examples here. But the above said movie is my personal favorite.
But nowadays the entertainment factor that people ask for is changed. Totally there are so many differences. Movies of today have some advantages and also disadvantages. There is a saying which says that it depends upon the person who sees an incident to infer from that incident. There are good and bad that are being showed in movies of today. But we must take in the good which they teach us. Movies of today have also brought out so many odd factors that have happened in the society.
How movies influence children of today:
But the negative effects that today’s movies are also remarkable. Recently there was an incident where a young boy took a revolver from his home to his school and shot so many people. This incident might have had so many reasons that can be stated. But on my point of view that child would not have known to begin this act unless he has seen it somewhere. There might have been some influence that the movies have been creating on children. My article does not want to put blame on the entertainment factor. I just want to tell that parents must be careful about the movies that young children watch. They must make them understand that movies are just entertainment and not about taking into life. There are good themes that are explained in movies which must be absorbed by the children. Otherwise the contents that have to be restricted from children must be kept into supervision. Thus my article explains the act of intelligent parenting which will protect the children from attempting any crimes. They might not know that they are committing a crime but their life might get ruined.
