Meditation is not a subject to be learnt , it is just unlearning all the things , just letting go , just doing nothing so reaching any stage takes time constant practices.

But what you can do right now is Just sit comfortably, with your palms open facing the sky, and take attention to your breathe, observe the breathing pattern of your body , experience that every ingoing breathe energizes your body and every outgoing breathe relaxes every cell of your body. Because BREATHE is the only link between mind and body , it can bring both of them in sink.

I hope this will be a good beginning, and please join the any course as soon as possible. Then only you can have some deep experiences.
