Hi friends in this article let us discuss about the day 2 of the 1st test match between India vs Srilanka, 1st test.Day 1 started bad for India, but we managed to come back and finish at 385/6.Everyone expected that we could cross 450 and above in day two, with Dravid and Harbhajan batting.But day 2 started very badly and India lost Dravid very early and he was bowled, inside edge.

But after his wicket Harbhajan and Zaheer tried to build up a partnership and they also reached 400 and unfortunately Zaheer got out LBW, and the replay clearly showed that the ball was going leg side.But after his wicket India collapsed and they were all out for 426, thanks to Dravid, Dhoni and Yuvraj,who helped the team  for reaching this score after the initial collapse.

Then Srilankan started their first innings and they did well and they did'nt lose wicket till the end of first session on day 1.Bur finally India struck the first wicket, thanks to Ishant who was the bwler and Dhoni did a great job as he took a wonderful catch to dismiss the batsman.The first wicket fell at 74.

Then Sangakara and Dilshan started to build a partnership of 115 runs and Dilshan eventually reached his century.This was his tenth test century and he got out when the score was 189 and his individual score 112.Zaheer took the wicket and he eventually gave a double blow as he also took the wicket of Sangakara, caught by Sachin at  the boundary.

Then the rest of the session belonge dto the Lankans as they finished day 2 at 275/3 and they trail by 151 runs. Well, we can hope that India can take early wickets and make them all out and get a considerable lead.
