    I think newcomers do it for a certain time period as they are eagar to see the results. Once they know about it , they do as others do.

    If a new comer comes here to work, they do hard work for a certain time and after that they continue with less effort.. we need to encourage them by giving some rewards or something.

    If you have real interest in writing and reading, you work even without reward. Boddunan rewards. But on Yahoo answers, members get only points and no cash. Still they work.

    It's all good to remain interested but I find it evaporating in a matter of a few months in some cases - Boddunan is not T-20 game rather in the classical test format!
