Despite massive campaigns promising respite from call drops and superior network, telecom service provider Idea Cellular is one among the few operators who are facing the problem of frequent call drops, the Lok Sabha was informed Wednesday.

    Call drop problem has always been there but it really hearts the common subscribers when it is at its peak. For idea we can understand that its newly being launched and it has to go a long way if has to earn a good fame but very sorry to hear about BSNL who has been there from such a long time and still fails to satisfy its customer's need.
